We are seeking a Customer Service agent who is responsible for being the “face” of Local Splash. This job entails answering inbound calls and proactively assisting clients with all account matters i.e. orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. This individual acts as a liaison between Local Splash and our clients.
*This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity. Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm (PST)*
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide support to client incoming & outgoing phone calls & emails
- Respond to client voice messages & emails
- Account Updates
- Data Entry
- Daily Operations
- Proactive Support with Client Calls
- Track Metrics & Data
- Issue Identification and Escalation
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication - in English
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent English writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a remote environment
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads Certified
- Advanced knowledge of local SEO
- Background in Quality Control
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Spreadsheets
- Google Ads knowledge/background
- Excellent communication skills - in Spanish
Requirements:
- Type 30-50 WPM

- Attendance and Dependability: Employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely and accurate manner
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
